Session-Level Tasks: Collaboration just got smarter. For sessions with multiple speakers, admins can assign tasks (like A/V requests) to the session itself. Once completed, the task updates across all speakers’ portals. No duplication, no confusion.


For single-speaker sessions, tasks are clearly segmented: profile updates (e.g., headshots) versus session-specific actions (e.g., confirming A/V needs, signing session agreements, uploading presentations). It’s intuitive, organized, and designed for clarity.

Speaker Profiles:  Edit your speaker profile  —headshot, bio, credentials - directly from your portal at any time during the event process without needing to submit a change through a form.

Centralized Hub: A mobile-friendly, one-stop portal for everything speakers need: tasks, deadlines, FAQs, and more. It’s their command center, streamlined for maximum efficiency.

How It Works

Imagine these scenarios:

A session with two speakers...

Task: A/V requests. Instead of both speakers filling out identical forms, the admin assigns the task at the session level where both can see. When one completes it, it’s automatically updated for both speakers, so their are no redundant requests or efforts. 

A speaker managing three sessions...

Each session has unique needs: A/V requests for one, confirming time for another. Their portal neatly separates these tasks by session, removing the chaos of juggling details on the speaker's end.

And for the admin, assigning and tracking these tasks is faster and easier than ever before.
