Problem we heard...

Different sessions require different data to be collected, and speakers don't want to spend time wading through questions that are not applicable to their session.

For example

Your event may have educational sessions and sponsor sessions, which are inherently different. The information you need to gather from educational speakers is not the same as what you need from your sponsor speakers.

Without a solution, your stuck sending your speakers the form to fill out along with additional messages telling them to ignore certain questions or to answer a certain way just to get through it. Inevitably you will still be left answering back and forth communications from your speakers as they try to navigate their way through unnecessary queries, making the whole process tedious and confusing.

Our Solution

Conditional Logic is a dynamic programming concept that allows you to create intelligent forms based on specific conditions or criteria. And now, we have integrated this powerful concept into the Sessionboard platform, enabling you to optimize your event management workflow like never before.

Event organizers now have the power to create customizable forms that adjust based on the answers that your users provide to various questions. This allows you to use one form to intake multiple different types of sessions.

As mentioned earlier, an event can have educational sessions and sponsor sessions which will require different follow up questions. Below you will see both examples, with the conditional logic "question rule builder" on the left that the organizer will use in setting up their speaker forms. To the right, you will see the resulting view the speaker will see in their dedicated portal.

When the speaker selects their session's respective "track", they are given different follow-up questions to answer which relate to their chosen track. Think of it as a smarter form for smarter speaker management.
