Speaker management is now even easier thanks to a more streamlined communications workflow. You can now notify speakers of their submission status in bulk, or individually, saving tons of time and energy.
Utilizing the power of session merge tags, you can automatically customize your messages for each recipient. Any field associated with your session or speaker can be added as a merge tag to emails or email templates.
The "Notified" session field helps you keep track of which sessions are pending confirmation. Meanwhile in the Speaker tab, you can now see their related sessions without flipping back and forth. Adding relevant speakers to your sessions is now as easy as typing the first few letters of their name and selecting results from a dropdown search.

Intuitive view
Sessionboard's agenda view now auto-focuses on scheduled sessions by day/week. The new date-picker function helps you schedule sessions with even more efficiency. The current date/time will auto-populate for convenience. You can seamlessly select dates and times from our new calendar pop-out, or type in at top speed if you prefer to enter data manually. Finally, session status can now be changed in Agenda, to help manage only the sessions you're ready to schedule.
