Elizabeth George

Elizabeth George is currently a Senior Content Lead on the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition at Informa Connect.

She was a recipient of the 2023 UFI Next Generation Leadership (NGL) grant award. Over a period of six months, she spent time with her fellow grant winners writing a blueprint on how to plan and operate events that help industries to evolve, help businesses to trade and learn and help every participant to benefit personally from their participation.

As an advocate for the events and exhibitions industry, Elizabeth has served as a board member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of IAEE and current serves as Treasure of Women in Exhibitions (WiE) North America.

‍

She attended Baylor University (Sic 'Em Bears) and always collects souvenir pressed pennies on her various road trips adventures.
