Jon McCoy is the co-founder and CEO of We Are For Good, a global movement of change-makers committed to building an Impact Uprising. A marketer at heart with 15+ years in nonprofit fundraising, he believes philanthropy thrives through mobilizing movements and community-driven storytelling.

As co-host of the top-ranked We Are For Good Podcast (600K+ downloads), Jon has interviewed 500+ social impact leaders. In 2024, he helped launch ImpactUp, a quarterly event series uniting thousands of change-makers—virtually and through local meetups in 50+ cities worldwide. He’s passionate about designing experiences that spark action and build lasting community.
