Rachel Andrews

Rachel is a seasoned meetings and events leader with 17+ years of experience managing events of all size and caliber. She leads Cvent’s global, 30-person planning team ensuring flawless execution of 1,200+ events annually including Cvent’s annual hybrid user conference, Cvent CONNECT. In addition to managing customer-facing events, Rachel’s team is in charge of Cvent’s internal events program that drives engagement for their global team of 5,000+ employees, supports corporate initiatives, and enhances the company’s unique culture. Rachel is also on MPI’s 2024 International Board of Directors.
