Most recently Neil was the Vice President of Live Events & Experiential at Hartbeat, Kevin Hart's multi-media company. Prior he was the Head of Collaborations & Experiential at Complex Networks, where he oversaw all aspects of their event business, but mostly their annual tentpole event - ComplexCon - winning the 2018 and 2019 AdWeek Award for Best Experiential Event. During the pandemic, while at Complex, Neil launched their award winning digital event ComplexLand. Creating the first publisher-owned, bespoke metaverse platform, inspired by gaming but rooted in around brand activations and immersive commerce. Neil’s experience grew within the experiential space during his time at PacSun, there he was the Marketing Director - overseeing Events & Brand Partnerships; working on projects with Kendall & Kylie Jenner, A$AP Rocky, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Rob Dyrdek & brands like Nike, Adidas, Yeezy, Essentials, Stance, Brandy Melville and many more. Working with a diverse list of talent, brands, artists and clients over the years, Neil has been afforded the ability to build an ecosystem that allows for these partners to support one another in their goals, while always driving results - where the "the art" meets "the science".
